America on the Move Week

 

During this September, the Foglia YMCA will once again be hosting America On the Move—a nationwide movement to inspire individuals and families to take small steps to incorporate healthier living into their daily routines. We would like to invite you to join us in this effort by stopping into the Y
at anytime within September to sign up and receive a free pedometer to gauge your steps.

More information regarding different America On the Move events and activities here at the Y will be available at the member relations desk late August. Foglia YMCA and America On the Move are coming together to aim to the improvement of quality of life for individuals, families, communities and society. We hope to demonstrate and emphasize to Americans how they can begin to take small steps towards a healthier lifestyle.

Nature Walk and Family Fun!

Come bring the family and participate in a variety of activities, including a Nature Walk, games, family team building, and much more.

Located at Hastings Lake YMCA

Day of Play (Family Activities)

 

You and your child can play some "backyard games" in the front of the YMCA. Come enjoy hopscotch, hula hoops, jumping rope, craft project and much more.
