The following classes are the FREE health and wellness classes that come with your membership. They are separated by either the Health Seeker (low impact/beginner participant) or by the Active participant (intermediate/advanced participant).

The following classes are the specialty health and wellness classes that have an additional fee attached to them. All specialty classes run by sessions. Your coach will meet with you to determine your health and fitness goals. Based on those goals you will be set up on a program that will help you succeed. This program will include cardiovascular and strength training. To sign up for the Commit to be Fit program, simply stop by the member relations desk and schedule your appointment. You will be on your way to a healthier you!
